Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping methods and Delivery times

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been accepted. The third email will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us at 9810298312 Contact us, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Processing time:

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

Changing or Canceling An Order:

Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us (by Email only ) to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it.In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though order cancelled and refunded.).Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Golden Bearing Company reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund request. .

Shipping time:

The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

All items being sold at Golden Bearing Company website are guaranteed to be delivered to buyers within 15 days Maximum.

You can get a full refund if you have not received your item(s) beyond this time.

Standard Transit Time 1 to 6 Days.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

2. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;

3. Any order that is lost or stolen after the product has been shipped.

4. Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond Golden Bearing Company's control, such as public holidays and other issues.

5. Our responsibility ceases after handing goods to the courier company / carriers.

Limits Of Responsibility:

We accept no responsibility of breakage / wear and tear for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components. In case of couplings sold in rough bores the responsibility is completely of the customer to get the finished bore from a good manufacturing / tool room at their own risk and responsibility. In case of supply of Finished Bore couplings if the bore is not as per the order placed will be replaced. We will not be liable for replacement / breakage if any if the bore is tempered with at customers end.
