Mounted Bearings

Mounted ball bearings are installed in housing for easier installation and to provide support for the bearing. Our mounted bearings are available in a variety of sizes and options, including industry-specific designs engineered to solve problems. From IP69K certified for superior washdown bearings, concentric lock designs for near perfect concentricity, industry specific Air Handling and Material Handling design to industry standard designs. Available rolling elements include ball bearings, spherical roller bearings and tapered roller bearings designed to fit most applications.

Cam Followers

McGill® Cam followers and track rollers provide antifriction solutions for translating rotation to linear motion or supporting either pure radial or combination thrust loads depending on the rolling elements types. Our range of Camrol® cam followers full complement needle roller construction provides high radial load capacity stud and yoke design are designed for specialized and heavy-duty applications includes maintenance-free, corrosion resistant and extreme-temperature designs incorporating advances in treated stainless steel and manufacturing processes.  Additional options and configurations exist.

Unmounted Bearings

Unmounted bearings do not require any housing to attach to the drive shaft and are offered in a variety of types and styles. We offer a wide variety of ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, needle roller bearings, spherical roller bearings, and tapered bearings. They are all available from our McGill and Rollway brands with a variety of options and clearances to suit your application needs.

Rod End & Spherical Plain Bearings

Rod ends and spherical plain bearings are designed to support a load. This combination also accommodates angular motion, misalignment and oscillation in mechanical motions systems. Rod ends and spherical plain bearings are available in a variety of sizes and options to meet the needs of your application.

Filament Bearings

Filament bearings are on the cutting edge of bearing solution technology. Filament wound bearings are versatile and ready for use in a wide variety of applications. The self-lubricating nature of the liner combined with the high-strength and corrosion resistant support matrix allows these bearings to operate with little to no maintenance, even under extreme conditions. The woven Teflon® fiber-liner requires no lubrication, and the filament wound fiberglass and epoxy resin matrix produce a bearing that’s design flexible, maintenance-free, strong, and lightweight: the perfect bearing solution.

Sleeve Bearings

Sleeve bearings can help you take on a variety of applications with reduced maintenance operations, including extra-long life and no lubrication requirements to promote uptime. Available in flange block, pillow block, take-up block, take-up assemblies, and replacement inserts.

Your bearing products may require accessories to further enhance their value. These accessories range from end caps to lubrication. These accessories can be used on several bearing platforms and are available for customization with support from our Application Engineering group.
